Job summary

Disturbia, based in London, seeks a 12-month maternity cover Supply Chain Manager to lead supplier management, sustainability, and process development across the business. You will oversee supplier lifecycle, strengthen compliance, improve reporting visibility and support cross-functional teams to drive performance and responsible sourcing.

This role reports to the Buying department and involves coordinating with multiple teams to manage risk, efficiency and packaging/ labeling supplier

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Ability to define and communicate supplier requirements across standards and ethics.
• Strong reporting skills with dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Finance and Logistics.
• Ability to identify supplier risks and drive practical efficiency improvements.
• Experience with packaging, labels and trims supplier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Define, communicate and maintain supplier requirements across operational standards and compliance.
• Improve supplier processes, reporting tools and dashboards for visibility of status and KPIs.
• Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, Quality, Finance and Logistics.
• Identify supplier risks and drive efficiency improvements.
• Manage supplier-facing requirements for packaging, labels and trims.
