hana group in Shrewsbury is seeking a full-time Sushi Chef to join our kiosk at Retail Park, Hereford Rd, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury SY3 9NB. Shifts start early, with some days beginning at 6am.

You will prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish, label products for safety and compliance, and maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay.

• Demonstrates initiative and energy.
• Able to help customers with a smile and maintain high standards.
• Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations.
• Ready to work early shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
