Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit and onboard external surveyors and assessors for contracts and future projects.
• Develop and maintain a reliable national network of surveying professionals.
• Plan and allocate surveying resources across multiple projects and locations.
• Forecast resource requirements and identify capacity constraints.
• Monitor productivity, performance, quality and programme delivery.
• Build strong relationships with external contractors and internal project teams.
• Support commercial management of surveying resources including rates, utilisation and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and resource systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve delivery challenges and maintain client service standards.
