region.This is a combined role for experienced surveyors and loss adjusters, offering a varied and rewarding workload. You'll manage a portfolio of structural and latent defect claims across commercial, residential, and multi‑unit properties on a "cradle to grave" basis. From attending site visits and assessing damage, to diagnosing the likely cause of defects and producing preliminary reports, you'll be involved at every stage. You'll oversee reinstatement works, appoint external engineers to develop scopes of repair, review those scopes for accuracy and completeness, and produce final reports. The role also involves reviewing technical documentation and providing expert advice to both claimants and insurers.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also support the wider Commercial Surveying & Design team, undertaking more traditional surveying tasks such as contract administration, preparing repair scopes, and managing tendering processes.
