A public sector client in Portishead is seeking a Surveying Project Manager to join their Complex Works team. This full-time permanent role will involve managing Damp and Mould related projects and ensuring high-quality delivery of building surveying services. Ideal candidates will have experience in local authority housing, a strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, and a proven track record in managing multiple technical projects. A client within the Public Sector based in Somerset is currently recruiting for a Surveying Project Manager to join their Complex Works team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing environment.
Key purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused building surveying and project management services, primarily focused on Damp and Mould related projects, while supporting the Home Repairs Service.
