Based in the Midlands city of Birmingham, the position supports construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors within GAP's Survey Division, with a commitment to customer service and quality

Qualifications

• Experience as a survey technician in a busy depot or similar environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair survey equipment.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence.
• High IT literacy, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and maintain hire equipment dispatched and returned from customers.
• Carry out comprehensive safety checks and calibration of all hire equipment before dispatch.
• Complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain the workshop and equipment and ensure adequate volumes of core hire equipment are available.
