Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a Fitter/Driver to load, deliver and collect hire equipment to customer sites across the UK, ensuring products are cleaned, checked, adjusted and certified prior to hire.

You will maintain knowledge of the full range of survey products and accessories, carry out safety checks, and complete paperwork efficiently. Full UK driving licence is required for operation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and collecting equipment to/from customer sites.
• Knowledge of survey products and accessories beneficial but training provided.
• Ability to carry out comprehensive safety checks and calibration of all hire equipment before despatch and complete necessary documentation.
• Excellent local area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Loading, delivery and collection of hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstration of equipment if required and completion of any relevant checks and administration involved for the hire.
