Job summary

Corby Vets4Pets is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical bias to lead the majority of our surgical caseload in a fast-paced, supportive team. The role offers autonomy in managing consultations, diagnostics and routine surgeries, with mentoring of junior staff and opportunities to shape clinical protocols.

We value an experienced surgeon with 2–3 years PQE, collaborative approach, and commitment to high standards of patient and client care within a welcoming practice community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ post-qualifications experience.
• Experience handling consultations, diagnostics and routine surgery independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the majority of the surgical caseload.
• Manage surgical cases with sound clinical judgement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture.
