Qualifications

• Be MRCVS registered.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient and client care.
• Pragmatic, welfare‑focused clinical decision making.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and comfortable using clinical systems.
• Ideally 12 months UK small animal practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Manage routine, complex and emergency cases to support pets and owners.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and implement treatment plans.
• Develop surgical skills through a structured development framework.
