Global Veterinary Careers is working with a Peterborough practice to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias for a pivotal role in a state-of-the-art 24-hour hospital. The position rewards leadership and opportunity to influence future hospital directions.

The role offers up to £80,000 DOE, a four-day week, and a weekend rota, with potential for part-time applications. Strong orthopaedic and small animal medicine expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Surgical excellence with focus on orthopaedics.
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery.
• Ability to manage complex cases and contribute to hospital development.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and orthopaedic procedures.
• Handle high-level case management and referrals.
• Contribute to ongoing development of a 24-hour hospital.
