We’re seeking a dynamic Surgical Scheduler to join our Scheduling team based at The Harley Street Campus comprising of The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital. This role focuses on scheduling across Theatre, Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology, coordinating with clinicians, patients and departments to deliver a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication at all levels.
• Good understanding of clinical terminology.
• Ability to negotiate with clinical teams and session holders.
• Computer literacy and understanding of multiple systems including but not limited to Expanse,
• Microsoft Office, SECTRA, IEP, Fluency, telephony systems, scanners and copiers
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• 5* customer service – customer focused.
• Motivated, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Staying calm and composed under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

We’re looking for a dynamic Surgical Scheduler to join our Scheduling team based at The Harley Street Campus comprising of The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital. This is a critical role that will provide high-quality administrative support, focused on scheduling and coordinating in all of the clinical procedural areas such as: Theatre, Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures.

As a surgical scheduler, you collaborate with a range of departments, patients, Consultants and their team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient journey and customer experience across Imaging and Surgical Services at The Harley Street Clinic and Princess Grace Hospital.
