Certain Advantage is hiring for a Surface Mount Machine Operator based in Stevenage area. This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

This role is for a Surface Mount Machine Operator — someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results‑oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Hand soldering Circuit Card Assemblies to IPC 610 & 001.
• Fine soldering under magnification.
• Surface mount and through‑hole component assembly.

We’re looking for people who can show:

• Surface Mount exposure.
• Soldering/CCA Assembly.
• Dexterity for fine work.
