Howden is seeking a Surety Graduate in London, starting September 2027, with hybrid work (3-4 days in office) and a £40,000 salary. The 18‑month development programme builds technical and commercial skills, risk assessment and relationship management across the deals lifecycle.

Youll join a permanent role, training you from day one while you handle real client projects and learn to negotiate and influence with senior stakeholders.

As part of Howden's Capital, Advisory and Placement team, you'll gain exposure to finance, legal agreements, risk assessment and relationship management, all while working on real client projects from the start of your career.
