A leading supported living organization in Waverley seeks a Supported Living Worker for night shifts to assist adults with learning difficulties and communication needs. Responsibilities include providing support during the night, building trust with tenants, and using positive behaviour techniques. Candidates should have compassion, resilience, and ideally transport for a semi-rural location. Excellent training and career progression opportunities available.
St Joseph’s Specialist Trust, Cranleigh, Surrey. Supported Living Worker (Night Waking Shifts). £26,951 - £27,976 per year & £650 night waking allowance. 25 days holiday plus public holidays. With an additional £1,000 Retention Bonus. Make a difference every night. The Lodge is a supported living house in Cranleigh, part of St Joseph’s Specialist Trust. Our tenants include adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and communication needs. We are looking for a caring, empathetic and resilient person to join our dedicated night team. No prior experience is necessary – you’ll receive excellent training, a full induction and ongoing mentoring to help you succeed.
