We are expanding our team and seeking proactive, skilled Team Leaders for our facilities in the Twickenham and Letchworth areas.
This role is offered initially as a temporary contract, with the salary aligned to the permanent rate of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum during this period. The position is designed to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion of a probationary period.
As a Team Leader, you will be pivotal in managing daily operations and ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered :
Skills: Driving (Full UK driving license essential), strong Leadership, and Management capabilities.
Certifications:
Experience: Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is highly valued.
