A reputable care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. This role involves encouraging independence, promoting dignity, and providing personal care, with no previous experience required. The starting salary is £26,682 (pro rata), with benefits including paid training, discounts, and wellbeing support.
