Salary: £30,920 – £32,507 per year
Location: Runcorn, WA7
Hours: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time considered)

About the Role

As a Service Leader, you will manage five services, leading and supporting a team to deliver exceptional care to individuals with a variety of needs. You will ensure the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee service delivery and compliance
  • Lead, coach, and support your teams
  • Work with individuals who may present behaviours requiring intensive support
  • Promote inclusion, independence, and opportunities within the community
  • Use basic IT systems confidently (training available)
Qualifications
  • A relevant professional qualification in Health & Social Care is required (e.g., Health & Social Care Level 3, Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent).
