• Proven experience managing residential or supported living services in the social care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practices in care provision.
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and/or complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of residential and supported living services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies, including monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and implement care plans in line with individual service user needs.
