A leading supported living charity in Worcester is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to mentor a staff team and provide direct support to individuals with Learning Disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff rotas, conducting audits, and supervising the team. Candidates should have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and supervisory experience. The role offers a competitive salary and various employee benefits.
