SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICE MANAGER – NORTH HAMPSHIRE – £UP TO 35,000 PLUS BENEFITS – 12-18 MONTH CONTRACT

Forest Care Selection has a unique opportunity for a Supported Living Service Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area.

This role will oversee the organisations supported accommodation and will not hold registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supported accommodation service ensuring all strategic and operational objective are achieved.
• Support the registered manager with adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee a team of support supervisors and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of working with individuals in a Supported Living setting and at a leadership level.
• Proficient IT Skills including MS Office.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to £35,000 and the opportunity to work with an innovative care and support provider.
