We are now looking for a passionate, experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service and ensure the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the operation of our supported living home. Youll lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, and provide guidance to ensure our young people receive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in managing the service in line with company policies and Ofsted guidance
  • Lead, supervise and develop a team of residential support staff
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments and support plans for each young person
