About the Role

As Care Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead a 24/7 team supporting 7 adults in a dynamic, person-centred environment
  • Ensure safety, inclusion, and independence for every individual
  • Work closely with our Operations Manager, Senior Leadership, and Quality Team
  • Oversee compliance, staff development, and service excellence
  • Be hands‑on, proactive, and ready to act when challenges arise
What You Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience leading specialist care teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act, DoLS, MCA, and safeguarding
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it)
  • A visible, values‑driven leadership style
  • Confidence managing risk and driving quality improvements
