Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Supported Living Advisor to provide tailored social and housing-related support to people with complex mental health needs, helping them sustain tenancies and access community resources.
The role requires independence, ethical practice and collaboration with partners, including outreach in the community. A vehicle is required to support clients and travel may be necessary.

This is a full-time role for 37 hours per week, working alternate weekends. Expected office days will be discussed at interview.

As a Supported Living Advisor, you will work ethically, independently and safely to support individuals within the community. You will be a key part of our team, using your initiative to overcome challenges whilst also collaborating with internal and external partners.
You will be a team player working closely with colleagues to help individuals sustain their tenancies. Your role will involve providing tailored social and housing-related support to people with complex mental health needs, enabling them to access community resources.
The position offers a varied and sometimes demanding workload, along with the chance to create innovative solutions that empower individuals and their support networks to assess and manage risks, enhancing choice and independence.
Supporting vulnerable adults within supported living and through outreach in the community, you will require use of a vehicle to support our clients.
