📍 West Bridgford, South Nottingham | 🕒 Part-time: 25 hours

Are you caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others? Mencap is looking for amazing Support Workers to join our friendly team in West Bridgford. If you’re ready for a rewarding role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.
  • Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, and personal care.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Empowering people to be as independent as possible.
  • Must be available for 1–2 sleep-in shifts per week (£63.70 flat rate per shift).
  • 6-week rolling rota: Shifts planned 4+ weeks in advance for better work-life balance.
  • 24-hour service – day shifts typically between 07:00–10:00, sleep-ins 10:00pm–07:00am.
