The role involves showing up with a smile, making time for a chat and a cuppa, supporting with personal care, administering medication, helping with simple chores, going on outings and having fun! Just like anything you would do for your parents. You may be the only person our Client sees in a day, so if you are a kind and compassionate person, you will make an outstanding Carer!

About The Role

On a typical day, you will be working on your own visiting clients in their homes. You will show up with a smile, ask them how they are doing and provide companionship to build trust and friendship.

Every client’s need is unique, however, the role includes some or all of

• Companionship services – having a cuppa, going out, sharing hobbies, etc.
• Providing personal care – bathing and dressing.
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and liaising with the office to discuss changing client needs.

• £12.00 p/h weekdays, £12.50 p/h weekends PLUS holiday pay and pension
• 1-hour minimum client visits
• No uniform required so you blend in like a family member.

• Carers and Clients are matched by interests and personality to quickly build friendship and trust.
• Fully paid ongoing in-house training with £90 paid if the Care Certificate is completed in the first 90 days.

• Funded study for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeship. Support with further levels available.
