A leading support provider in Helensburgh is seeking compassionate support workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities in a home setting. The role involves flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with no prior experience required as training will be provided. Working locally, you will join our team to support two mature gentlemen in their home. These individuals have a wide range of interests including arts, music, quiz shows, spending time with family, and socialising within their local community. They enjoy good company and laughter with others, creating a happy stimulating environment in their home.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
A commitment to a person‑centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

No experience necessary! Training and support will be given to help you achieve your full potential.
If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract due to other commitments, we also have opportunities for you to complement our existing workers by joining our relief register of bank support workers. This will mean you can work in a way that best suits you and fits with your life.
