Job summary

Key is seeking Support Workers to empower disabled people and make every day matter. You will join a supportive local team, with induction, ongoing training and the chance to work on a relief register if you prefer flexible hours.

Starting hourly rates include £13.85 for Main Grade, with £13.45 for induction/relief and sleepover work. Enhanced rates apply on nights and public holidays as described in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training and support will be provided.
• Ability to work as part of a local team and empower disabled people.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to disabled individuals to help them live independently.
• Attend induction and training sessions to continually develop skills.
• Join the relief register to work flexibly around commitments.
