Recruiting support workers to assist a client with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). The role involves supporting daily living tasks, medication prompting and personal care, while encouraging the client to engage with community activities and rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Work with a 68‑year‑old client, support daily living tasks, medication prompting and personal care.
  • Assist the client to access community, engage in activities of interest and be an integral part of his rehabilitation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in the Health Sector.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • UK Driving Licence, car owner essential (knowledge of wheelchair accessible vehicle optional).
  • Subject to Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
