Job summary

Key is seeking support workers to help empower disabled individuals and make every day matter. You will be part of a welcoming local team with comprehensive induction, training, and support, including sleepover and relief roles. All contracted workers benefit from paid annual leave, PVG scheme support, and ongoing training to achieve SVQ qualifications.

No prior experience is required, as full training and support will be provided to help you reach your full potential in this rewarding role.
