Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same, which is what makes the role exciting! The Wilf Ward Family Trust has a fantastic training programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role. What we do need is someone with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and a willingness to undergo relevant training and development. We currently have fantastic opportunities for Support Workers to join our team at our registered complex care service in Market Weighton, just outside the town centre.

What you will be doing:
  • Support with daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Assist with managing finances, medications, and appointments.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specialised care services to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring that all needs are met with the highest level of quality and compassion.
