Role purpose

As a Support Worker at Hillgate Recruitment Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining a good relationship with the client and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help our facilities meet and exceed expectations. You will be part of the process of providing customized facility solutions tailored to the unique needs of each location.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine duties to assist the people we support in all aspects of their lives as needed
  • Assist in designing and developing support/care plans and reviews
  • Contribute to monitoring individuals’ progress
  • Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with reference
  • Care Certificate (Mandatory Training, CPI/MAPA/PMVA, Medication Administration, Level 3 in Health and Social Care)
  • Enhanced DBS must be on update service
  • Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
