  • Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews
  • Contribute to the monitoring of individuals' progress
  • Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
