CONTRACT: Zero hours

  • Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.
  • Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews, and contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress.
  • Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
