JOB TITLE: Support Workers

LOCATION: Maryport, Cumbria

CONTRACT: Zero hours

SHIFT PATTERN: as per business needs

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine To assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance , To assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews , and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress and
• Report any issues to the appropriate personnel Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
