What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily routines and community outings
  • Encouraging social interaction and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting with personal care while promoting independence
  • Ensuring a clean, calm, and safe environment
  • Providing tracheostomy and PEG care
  • Administering medication and monitoring vital signs
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully
  • Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
What You’ll Need
  • Previous care experience (clinical training provided)
  • Compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills
