Job summary

real Care Agency is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in East Kilbride, Hamilton and Blantyre. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.

Based in communities around East Kilbride and surrounding areas, the role offers part time or full time shifts with full training provided, mileage reimbursement, and access to benefits such as early pay and uniform.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for some weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.

Responsibilities
