Job summary

Amc Ltd seeks a compassionate Support Worker to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-old gentleman with complex needs in Bracknell. You will assist with personal care and daily activities at home and in the community, including medication management and support for religious activities.

The role involves helping with meals, mobility, and facilitating social and recreational activities such as swimming and walks. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including daily pad changes.
• Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunch preparation.
• Medication administration (including epilepsy management).
• Supporting attendance at religious activities (Temple).
• Supporting weekly swimming sessions.
• Daily walks and community access.
