JOB TITLE: Support Workers
LOCATION: Bournemouth, Dorset
CONTRACT: Zero hours
SHIFT PATTERN: as per business needs
PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine duties to assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance with.
• Assist in designing and developing support/care plans and reviews, and contribute to monitoring individuals' progress.
• Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
