Bield Housing and Care in Glasgow is seeking a Part Time Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home care and support to service users, helping maintain independence and safety. You will join a dedicated team, receive full induction, training, and ongoing development opportunities. The role is pro rata and requires SVQ2 or willingness to undertake it, with on-site duties in Glasgow.

Essential requirements

About YouYou will:- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written- Have the ability and initiative to work on a lone working basis- Have good time keeping, time management and organisational skills- Hold an SVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or have the ability and willingness to undertake this qualification- Be required to obtain registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up the post
