Overview

We’re currently looking for Support Workers within Ripon & surrounding areas and Harrogate & surrounding areas to work within our Supported Living properties. You must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes where location requires it.

We are seeking part-time weekend coverage (Friday to Monday) with shifts that may include sleepovers paid at a competitive rate. Overtime during the week may be available but is not guaranteed. You should be able to reliably travel within the area.

  • Deliver vital support to people in our care, including assistance with personal care, daily living skills, finances, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals to live the life they choose in an inclusive and personalised manner.
Qualifications
  • No previous care experience or qualifications required; we are looking for compassionate and caring individuals enthusiastic about making a difference.
  • In-house training will be provided to develop the necessary skills to deliver your role confidently.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential; reliable travel within the area is important.

  • Hourly rates start at £12.27 with enhanced rates for overnight and weekend shifts.
