A leading support service provider in Warrington is looking for a Waking Nights Support Worker to provide person-centered support to tenants. This role involves assisting with personal care, medication administration, and ensuring a warm environment for individuals striving towards independent living. We have an opportunity available for a Supported Living, Waking Nights Support Worker to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington, WA1 2RU.
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 30 hours weekly (10pm - 8am, three nights weekly; alternating weekends required)

As a Night Support Worker – waking nights in our supported living team, your role will involve providing person‑centered support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties and move towards securing their own accommodation.
You will create a warm and welcoming environment for those you support, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. Your tailor‑made approach to care will allow you to provide personalised support that meets the unique needs of everyone.
As you assist with personal care, administer medication, conduct check‑in visits, and assist with domestic tasks, you will be empowering individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve their dreams of independent living.
With your unwavering courage, you will tackle any challenges that may arise with determination and a can‑do attitude, knowing that your support can make all the difference in the lives of those you serve.

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
