Acuity Care Group is a Supported Living healthcare provider with three specialist divisions: LD&A – Learning Disabilities & Autism; Bespoke; Team Brain Injury. This role sits within Team Brain Injury, supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager. We work in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and focused on outcomes that empower clients to access new experiences.
