A supportive care organization in Sale is seeking a passionate Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Responsibilities include supporting daily living tasks, promoting independence, and providing personal care as required. Ideal candidates will have 12 months of relevant UK experience, excellent communication skills, and a caring nature. Full and part-time contracts are available, offering flexible working hours with a focus on making a difference in people's lives.

As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life. You will have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient personality.
In addition, as the role of a Support Worker can be challenging at times, it is essential to have a positive mind‑set with a desire to improve the lives of those with a learning disability. You will need to be quick thinking with a positive can‑do attitude.
We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role. You will be proactive, have a positive outlook and passion for supporting people to be the best they can be.
