Support Worker Waking Nights

• £26,742.81 - £28,107.44 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

Binley Woods is looking for a Residential Practitioner to join our dedicated care team supporting young adults aged 16–25 with complex mental health needs. Based in a peaceful residential setting with large gardens and shared communal spaces, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young people—helping them to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future.
