Job summary

Key is recruiting a Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to adults with varying needs in a local area. You’ll empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and well-being in their daily lives.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
