Turkish Speaking Brain Injury Support Worker

Location: Barnet, North London Pay Rates: £16.84 - £18.12 per hour Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: Fridays 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Note: Fluency in Turkish is a genuine occupational requirement for this role under the Equality Act 2010.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist an individual with a Brain Injury in their day-to-day life. You will play a crucial role in promoting independence, providing essential support, and offering companionship in a positive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Communication & Support: Utilising your Turkish fluency to support all daily routines and personal tasks, ensuring clear understanding and emotional support.
  • Independence Building: Encouraging and assisting the client in developing essential life skills and increasing independence.
  • Companionship: Offering friendly and consistent emotional support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining clear, accurate records of care provided and sharing updates with the multidisciplinary team.
