A Kent-based role leading a team of field-based Support Workers, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes for care leavers and young people progressing to independence. You will supervise daily operations, guide staff, and ensure adherence to safeguarding, Ofsted standards and contractual obligations across the service.
You will plan workloads, monitor performance, and liaise with social services, NHS and partners to maintain service excellence.

This is a pivotal role, reporting to the KCC Registered Service Manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Kent-based Support Worker Team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes, guiding your team, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations, including Ofsted standards.
