We are looking for a proactive and passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism and mental health support requirements.
We are seeking female Support Workers for this role as a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The people we support have needs and preferences relating to personal care, privacy, dignity and emotional wellbeing, and therefore require support to be provided by female staff.
