Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for St Columb. You will support autistic people and those with learning disabilities to pursue activities, routines, and goals that suit them best. The role includes assisting with hobbies, planning trips, attending work, and helping with daily living in a person-centered way.

Location: St Columb
Salary: £13.46 to £13.69 + £60 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota (planned in advance)
