Adult Social Care is seeking a dedicated support worker to help people in their daily lives with practical tasks, personal care, and companionship. You’ll tailor assistance to each person’s needs, promoting dignity and independence.

Daily duties include shopping, meal prep, light housework, medication reminders, and documenting care records. You’ll also plan activities, accompany outings, and support emotional wellbeing in the community and at home.
